Listening to a man ignorant of science, quote a fog fable as fact, then evolution as a lie is pretty rich, and by rich I mean insanely inane. Also, do I hear a dog whistle now and then?
With respect, you’re going to have to explain to me what a “fog fable” is supposed to be before we can give you a meaningful response to your comment.
If this helps though, we don’t deny the data for evolution or the canons of science. We simply put scripture first.
Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 ESV
There are many laity in the LCMS who do believe in theistic evolution or old earth creationism.
Which is fine.
But from our pulpits you’re going to hear confessional lutheranism preached every Sunday. That’s how we roll 😉
